The amenities were clean and comfortable. the location was easily accessible and there were plenty of nearby attractions. the pool was fantastic, with unique bridge feature and amazing surrounding views. the breakfast was also a standout feature.

The atmosphere lacked energy and was quite dull. the staff interactions were not friendly.

Within walking distance Jeffer Steak, where you can have lunch. Everyone was HELPFUL in that hotel.

The hotel's location was convenient as it offered a free shuttle service to the city center. the staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful. the pool was decent, featuring a unique design and bridge that provided some shade.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. the room was dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition.

The Forest Resort in Chiang Mai offers a fantastic location just 10 minutes from the city centre. The resort boasts a beautiful environment with an amazing swimming pool, complete with a water slide bridge. The free amenities, including WiFi, sauna, and gym, were a great perk. The Thai-style breakfast and friendly staff were also highlights of our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and assisting with car hire and bicycle hire. The housekeeping was top-notch, keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. The amenities in the room were also impressive, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable sitting area and the in-room safe for added security. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center, where I could relax and rejuvenate. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

The pool area was very enjoyable with a unique bridge and lovely surroundings. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The location was convenient for exploring the city and its attractions.

The noise level was exceptionally high with guests checking out at all hours. , the pool area was meant to close at 10 pm, but on several nights we had to ask staff to clear the pool at midnight due to noisy guests.

We loved the hotel facilities like the amazing swimming pool, sauna, and gym all for free. The breakfast was delicious, authentic Thai style with a good variety of food. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was only a 10-minute drive from the city center and it was easy to find free transportation to get there.
